Your Blackberry Bold's display assembly consists of two main parts. The outer clear plastic of the top cover and the LCD itself. The LCD is the component that generates the image that you interact with.
This is a damaged LCD. If your screen looks similar to this, the entire LCD assembly must be replaced and this is the repair you need.

IMPORTANT: This is a full-service repair which does require you to send your Blackberry Bold in to us. This is NOT a parts-only purchase. If you decide not to repair your Blackberry Bold, or our technicians determine that your device is irreparable, a $35 labor fee plus the cost of return shipping will be charged.
