Welcome to PPC Techs, Inc. Your ETEN Authorized Service Center for Canada and the United States. We are authorized to perform In-Warranty Service on the glofish line only. Your glofish unit must have been purchased from Mobileplanet.com, Portix.com or one of Portix's dealers. We are also authorized for all Out of Warranty repairs on the older ETEN units, such as the G500, etc. IN-WARRANTY SERVICE: For In-Warranty Service, please start the process by requesting an RMA from Mobileplanet.com. Once you receive the RMA, please order the Diagnostic Service for us. If your unit is found to be in-warranty, the diagnostic fee and return Fedex Ground shipping fee will be waived. If you choose expedited shipping, you will be charged the additional amount over Fedex Ground fees. Please note: Broken Touchscreens, LCDs or Sync Connectors are not ETEN IN-WARRANTY Repairs. No charges are applied to your credit card until your unit is received and a determination is made as to its warranty status. Within 24 business hours of receipt of your order, we will email you shipping instructions on how to pack and ship your unit in for repair. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt and a detailed problem description inside the box. If there is physical damage to the unit, it will be considered an Out-Of-Warranty Service. Please review our Repair - Out-Of-Warranty Service section and see if we have the exact repair you need. If not, please order the Diagnostics Service.
