Welcome to PPC Techs, Inc. Your MWG Authorized Service Center for North & South America. IN-WARRANTY SERVICE: For In-Warranty Service, please start the process by ordering the Diagnostic Service. If your unit is found to be in-warranty, the diagnostic fee and return Fedex Ground shipping fee will be waived. If you choose expedited shipping, you will be charged the additional amount over Fedex Ground fees. Please note: Broken Touchscreens, LCDs or Sync Connectors are not MWG IN-WARRANTY Repairs. No charges are applied to your credit card until your unit is received and a determination is made as to its warranty status. Within 24 business hours of receipt of your order, we will email you shipping instructions on how to pack and ship your unit in for repair. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt and a detailed problem description inside the box. If there is physical damage to the unit, it will be considered an Out-Of-Warranty Service.
