Welcome i-mate customers to PPC Techs, Inc!  Your i-mate Authorized Service Center for Canada and the United States.

Please help us serve you better. Please ensure you have registered your i-mate handset on www.imate.com. Once you have registered your handset or if you already have an account, please contact i-mate's online customer care representative first to discuss any problems you are having with your i-mate handset.

In the event your customer care representative cannot resolve your problem, you will be issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number along with instructions for shipping your handset to PPCTechs.com.

IN-WARRANTY SERVICE:
For In-Warranty Service, please start the process by ordering the Diagnostic Service.  If your unit is found to be in-warranty, the diagnostic fee and return Fedex Ground shipping fee will be waived. If you choose expedited shipping, you will be charged the additional amount over Fedex Ground fees.

Please note: Broken Touchscreens, LCDs or Sync Connectors are not i-mate IN-WARRANTY Repairs.

No charges are applied to your credit card until your unit is received and a determination is made as to its warranty status.

Within 24 business hours of receipt of your order, we will email you shipping instructions on how to pack and ship your unit in for repair.   Please include a copy of your purchase receipt and a detailed problem description inside the box.

If there is physical damage to the unit, it will be considered an Out-Of-Warranty Service.  Please review our  Repair - Out-Of-Warranty Service section and see if we have the exact repair you need.  If not, please order the Diagnostics Service.

Audio Adapters

Most manufacturers create their devices allowing audio compatibility with only their specific brand headset or headphones. We have designed and engineered several different types of audio adapters to accommodate a variety of devices. Our unique audio adapters give you the freedom to use any standard 2.5/3.5 mm. 3 conductor headset and/or your favorite set of headphones. 

FM Wireless Adapters

Use the SoundFeeder to hear music through the radio directly from any Pocket PC device, MP3, CD, Cassette or Minidisc player. Simply plug the SoundFeeder into the line output or headphone jack of your device and you will be able to hear audio from your device through an unused FM channel. In addition, the SoundFeeder audio adapter can be used to transmit the downloaded MP3s on your laptop or PC directly to a FM receiver within your home. The SoundFeeder has been the most preferred product in the audio adapter category since its beginning in 1988.

Our enhanced styli are a great way to stay prepared. They are perfect drop-in replacements for the OEM styli. Our 3-in-1 styli include a built-in pen, stylus and resent pin. Our 2-in-1 styli are a stylus and reset pen in one.
