Based on our testing, the standard 1500 mAH battery runs for 5.75 hrs or so. We have benchmarked our 3600 mAH battery at 9.5 hrs of run time. That's a 65% increase in runtime based on the lowest benchmarked time.
Our benchmarking consisted of using Spb Benchmark to datalog the battery status, running the system on maximum brightness and power with “standard using” and the radio off. Many of the competing hi-capacity batteries currently available will not function properly or report an accurate remaining capacity to the system due to an issue with the battery microcontroller. We guarantee ours will.
Note: This is a thicker battery. It will not fit in the stock cradle and will require the use of a sync-n-charge cable like our Lil' Sync Pro. A new battery cover is included with the hi-capacity battery pack.
The color is matched to the silver gray of the Sprint PPC-6800.
